About the job

The Job role will involve working with the UK based International Energy Brand . As a Collections Specialist, youll communicate with customers across multiple channels to resolve outstanding debts through skillful negotiation, achieving positive outcomes for both the customer and the business. Where payment is delayed due to billing accuracy or liability disputes, the specialist will work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure these issues are investigated and resolved as quickly as possible.

Roles & Responsibilities :-

• A minimum of ( 2 - 7 )yrs of experience in a collections or debt recovery process, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
• Suitable Candidates from the BPO Industry with the Back Office (&) Voice Process experience would be prefered
• Would require individuals with results-driven mindset, consistently meeting targets and achieving measurable outcomes that support business objectives.
• Take ownership of resolving customer queries and delivering positive outcomes for both the customer and the business.
• The role also requires identifying customers who may be in vulnerable circumstances, providing appropriate support, and following established escalation processes to ensure they receive the assistance they need.
• Communicate across multiple channels and personalise interactions to understand individual customer situations, collaborating to develop workable solutions
• Handle challenging calls with resilience, emotional intelligence, and strong negotiation skills
• Research customer accounts, investigate queries, and remove blockers to resolve debts accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions for smooth account management
• Work closely with management to maintain best practices, build strong customer relationships, and stay up to date with company policies
• Manage accounts effectively and implement customer-focused solutions that support both the customer and the business.
• Individuals from the Energy domain , Telecom Billing & Utilities will be the most prefered .
