Generative AI Creator

About the Role We're looking for a Generative AI Creator who lives at the intersection of creativity and technology. You'll use cutting-edge AI tools to produce high-quality static and video content — from social media creatives and campaign visuals to short-form video, motion graphics, and beyond. This isn't a \"type a prompt and hit enter\" role. We need someone who understands visual storytelling, has a sharp eye for aesthetics, and knows how to push AI tools to deliver work that feels intentional, on-brand, and production-ready. What You’ll Do Conceptualise and produce static visuals (social posts, ads, key visuals, brand assets) using AI image generation tools such as Midjourney, Nano Banana, and similar. Create and edit short-form video content, motion pieces, and animated visuals using AI video tools like Runway, Google Veo, and Higgsfield. Develop and refine prompt engineering techniques to consistently produce high-quality, brand-aligned outputs. Collaborate with the creative, strategy, and account teams to translate briefs into compelling AI-generated content. Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI tooling landscape — evaluate new tools, workflows, and techniques, and bring them into production. Build and maintain a library of prompts, styles, and workflows that the broader team can leverage. Post-produce and polish AI-generated outputs — colour correction, compositing, upscaling, and format adaptation for various platforms. Contribute to pitches and proposals with AI-generated concept art, storyboards, and mood films. Must-Haves 2–5 years of experience in content creation, graphic design, motion design, or a related creative field. Demonstrated, hands-on experience with AI image generation tools (Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Flux, or similar).
