For More details visit: The Tax Manager /Senior Manager will be involved in management, comprehensive review, and quality control of a diverse portfolio of complex US and Other Countries tax engagements. This position demands a high level of technical mastery across various tax forms, exceptional managerial skills , and the adaptability to coordinate or review filings in international jurisdictions. Experience: 8+ years in US Tax Education/Certifications: CPA or EA certification is REQUIRED. 🧠 Knowledge & Expertise Requirements US Tax (Forms 1040, 1065, 1120/1120-S): In-Depth Knowledge of Subchapter C (Corporate), Subchapter K (Partnership), and Subchapter S (S-Corp) taxation, including the associated complex federal and multi-state compliance requirements. Expertise in book-to-tax adjustments (Schedule M-1/M-3), stock basis/capital account maintenance , and the proper handling of complex deductions and credits (e.g., R&D, Depreciation), Tax consolidations Knowledge in PFICs, complex Partnership and HNIs. International/Non-US Tax Adaptability: Knowledge of US Outbound International Tax provisions (e.g., GILTI, Subpart F, Foreign Tax Credits) and related forms ( 5471, 8865, 8993 ). Demonstrated skill in managing, coordinating, or reviewing tax returns for foreign entities and/or individ
