Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a PLC Programmer based in the Pune Division. The PLC Programmer will be responsible for designing, programming, testing, and maintaining Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems for automated equipment. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting and debugging PLC systems, implementing process improvements, creating system documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of control systems. The candidate will also support on-site installation, testing, and commissioning of automation systems. Qualifications Proficiency in PLC programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or Function Block Diagram Strong understanding of industrial automation and control systems Experience with hardware platforms such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, or Mitsubishi Ability to troubleshoot and debug automated systems and address technical issues Keen understanding of electrical systems, circuits, and schematics Familiarity with Human-Machine Interface (HMI) development Strong analytical skills to assess and improve automation processes Effective communication and collaboration skills across diverse team settings Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, or a related field Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or industrial settings is a strong advantage
