Key responsibilities:

a. Providing typing and fair-copy support
b. Handling e-office functions, file movement, diary, and dispatch
c. Assisting in scanning, digitisation, and record management
d. Maintaining registers and office records
e. Supporting documentation, indexing, and compilation
f. Assisting in coordination, scheduling, and follow-up of communications

File Management MS-Excel MS-Office
