Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain our Laravel-based admin panel2. Improve front-end UI and assist in web/app workflows
3. Design simple creatives using Canva and similar tools
4. Take online training to build additional skills (design, Excel, etc.)
5. Work under guidance and regularly report progress
