About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound customer and seller queries through voice and chat channels.2. Assist sellers with queries related to orders, product listings, payments, returns, refunds, and account-related concerns.
3. Understand seller issues and provide accurate and timely resolutions as per process guidelines.
4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and effective communication.
5. Investigate and troubleshoot seller concerns while ensuring first-contact resolution wherever possible.
6. Follow standard operating procedures, quality guidelines, and compliance requirements.
7. Accurately document customer interactions, complaints, resolutions, and follow-up actions in the CRM.
8. Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team as per the escalation matrix.
9. Meet defined productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and attendance targets.
10. Maintain professional communication and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills while handling international sellers.
