Associate - Dining Manager

Job Description

As the Amenities Business & Operations Manager, you will oversee the management and operation of amenities, ensuring they meet client needs while maintaining high standards of service. Your role involves strategic planning, data analysis, team management, and collaboration with various departments to enhance the overall employee experience. You will report directly to the Regional Head.

 

Job Responsibilities:  

• Design, implement, and maintain MIS to provide robust analytical support to the management team.

• Translate business requirements into specifications for reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

• Support team in the strategic execution and completion of key projects and activities like SOP’s, impactful business presentations, review decks and business documents. 

• Conduct data analysis to generate periodic reports that inform strategic initiatives and process improvements..

• Lead the integration of Dining Monthly Metrics on the SharePoint site to enhance global reporting capabilities.

• Team Leadership:  Providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and professional development.

• Data Strategy: Develop and implement data analysis strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

• Budget Management: Prepare and manage budgets for amenities, ensuring cost-effective solutions and resource allocation.

• Data Quality: Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and quality of data used for analysis and reporting.

• User Experience: Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall user experience, addressing feedback and making improvements as needed.

• Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with external vendors and service providers.

• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.

• Reporting: Develop and deliver reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate data insights to stakeholders.

• Tool Management: Evaluate and implement data analysis tools and technologies to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and make recommendations for improvements based on data analysis.

• Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant data protection laws and regulations.
