Core IT & User Lifecycle Management Day-to-Day IT Incidents & Request Management: Handling day-to-day IT incidents and service requests from Bangalore location users, including support for the tech team's development tools and new hardware/software requirements. User On-Boarding Support: End-to-end IT on-boarding support for new joiners at the Bangalore location (laptop provisioning, system access, mobile device access, Zoho pre-boarding modules). Off-Boarding Support: Complete IT off-boarding for exit users (revocation of system access, asset recovery, updating the Zoho off-boarding module). Laptop Preparation & Readiness: Imaging, configuring, and validating laptops (Windows & Mac Systems) as per the IT compliance checklist for onboarding and replacements.
