Salesforce Technical Lead - Apex/Visual Force

You will lead the end-to-end design and implementation of complex enterprise solutions, ensuring that our technical delivery aligns with client business objectives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and developers, you will oversee the full software development lifecycle, mentor junior engineers, and champion best practices in code quality and system scalability. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of our clients' operations and the overall success of their digital transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities : - Architect and design scalable Salesforce solutions that address complex business requirements to ensure long-term system maintainability.- Lead the development of custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Component Framework to enhance platform functionality.- Oversee the implementation of Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud to optimize customer support workflows and digital community engagement.- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical audits to maintain high standards of performance, security, and scalability across all project deliverables.- Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to translate high-level requirements into technical specifications and actionable development tasks.- Mentor and guide the development team on LWC best practices and advanced Salesforce development patterns to foster technical growth within the organization.Required Skillset : - Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying enterprise-grade solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Component Framework.- Proven ability to configure and customize Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud to meet unique business process needs.- Strong proficiency in developing responsive and performant user interfaces using Salesforce LWC.- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and clients.- Strong leadership capabilities with 8 - 12 years of hands-on experience in managing end-to-end Salesforce implementations.- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment across our Hyderabad, Bangalore, or Chennai offices, maintaining high standards of delivery and professional integrity.
