Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role involves maintaining customer satisfaction, managing support requests, and providing accurate and timely information. Additionally, the representative will work closely with other teams to address complex problems and enhance service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
- Proficiency in enhancing Customer Experience and building long-term customer relationships
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred
- Require proficency in We look,Excel, Tally
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is a plus
