Job Description:

 

1. Welcome and assist guests with seating and menu selection.
2. Take and serve food & beverage orders accurately and promptly.
3. Ensure excellent guest service and handle requests courteously.
4. Maintain cleanliness of tables, restaurant, and service stations.
5. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely service.
6. Follow hygiene, grooming, and food safety standards.
7. Promote menu items through suggestive selling.
8. Perform duties assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.

Job Expectations:

Support colleagues during busy service periods.
Participate in training sessions and continuously improve product knowledge.
Work closely with the restaurant team to achieve guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Minimum Qualification:

Graduate or Hotel Management preferred.

Minimum Job Experience:

Fresher or 1–2 years of experience in restaurants/hotels.
