We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented  Data Engineer with strong expertise in  SQL, Power BI, and Alteryx to design, develop, and optimize scalable data solutions that support business intelligence and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience building efficient data pipelines, transforming complex datasets, and creating impactful dashboards that enable stakeholders to derive meaningful insights.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines to collect, transform, and integrate data from multiple enterprise systems.
• Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using  Alteryx to automate data preparation, cleansing, transformation, and validation processes.
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex  SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and scripts for efficient data extraction and reporting.
• Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using  Power BI to provide actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity by implementing validation, reconciliation, and quality control processes.
• Optimize database performance through query tuning, indexing, and efficient data modeling techniques.
• Create reusable data models and semantic layers to support self-service analytics and business intelligence initiatives.
• Automate recurring reporting processes and improve operational efficiency through workflow optimization.
• Monitor data pipelines, troubleshoot failures, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Document data flows, transformation logic, reporting specifications, and technical processes to support maintainability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
• Support governance, security, and compliance requirements by following enterprise data management best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging data engineering, analytics, and visualization technologies to continuously improve solutions.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or Data Analytics.
• Strong hands-on expertise in  SQL , including query optimization, data manipulation, and database development.
• Proven experience using  Power BI to create interactive dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions.
• Strong proficiency with  Alteryx for workflow automation, ETL development, and advanced data preparation.
• Good understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience integrating data from multiple business applications and enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Experience automating manual reporting processes and improving data pipeline efficiency.
• Familiarity with data governance, data quality, and reporting best practices.
