Fulltime role US Client (US working hours) Salary : 21 - 23 lacs This role is the about WordPress hosting and support contracts. Work includes maintenance tasks (plugin/core updates, security, accessibility fixes), content changes, and project-based work such as Sitefinity‑to‑WordPress migrations, theme customization, rebuilds, and multisite improvements. Scott does not yet have a fully stabilized workload but expects demand to grow as more sites are migrated. Initial gaps will be filled through internal Bross Group web developers, SEO collaboration, and migration ramp‑up. Client support requests come in through ** and are tracked via Autotask (PSA ticketing tool). Tickets are routed to the appropriate resource. A shared Bross Group login is used Expect approximately 15 internal client calls per week. Initially, this resource will listen in on client calls alongside Riley and the internal point of contact. Over time, Scott expects this person to communicate directly with clients as trust is established. Clear, professional communication; comfortable being client-facing Collaborative and proactive; flags issues rather than waiting to be asked Comfortable answering or redirecting questions even when already addressed Strong documentation habits Must-Haves (Technical) Strong PHP-based WordPress custom theme development ( core of the work ) Solid CSS and JavaScript experience; ability to work from existing assets Experience managing WordPress hosted on Azure Linux environments Any Sitefinity experience is a strong plus given the active migration Technical interview will cover: Azure DevOps pull request workflow Deployment process and rollback strategy Real-world scenarios, not trick questions candidates can direct
