About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Edit raw footage, voiceovers, music, images, animations, and stock content into polished videos.
2. Create videos from scripts, concepts, voiceovers, or written content, even when no original footage is available.
3. Use AI tools to generate visuals, video sequences, voiceovers, avatars, backgrounds, animations, and supporting creative elements.
4. Combine AI-generated assets with manual editing to produce natural and professional results.
5. Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, background music, and visual storytelling elements.
6. Create visually engaging hooks and opening sequences that improve viewer retention.
7. Adapt long-form content into Reels, Shorts, teasers, and social media clips.
8. Design thumbnails, social media posts, quote cards, carousels, and other supporting graphics.
9. Organize project files, source assets, templates, and final exports.
10. Research current video formats and creative trends while keeping the content respectful and aligned with the Parthsarathi brand.
11. Collaborate on scripts, storyboards, creative concepts, and content calendars

Other requirements

1. Previous experience with spiritual, educational, motivational, cultural, or knowledge-based content.

2. Experience working with Hindi and English content.

3. Ability to understand written or spoken Hindi.

4. Familiarity with Sanskrit pronunciation, Devanagari text, or Indian philosophical content is beneficial but not mandatory.

5. Experience with YouTube channel production and social media content strategy.

6. Basic understanding of content performance metrics such as watch time, retention, click-through rate, and engagement.

7. Experience creating reusable templates and repeatable production workflows.
