Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the executive team by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.2. Create and maintain spreadsheets in MS Excel to track expenses, budgets, and other relevant data.
3. Assist with office management duties such as ordering supplies, organizing files, and overseeing office operations.
4. Handle travel arrangements for executives, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
5. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
6. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for the executive team.
7. Take on ad-hoc tasks and special projects as needed to support the overall success of the company.
