About the job

Lead the end-to-end sales efforts for real estate projects developed by the company,

focusing on achieving and exceeding defined revenue targets.

Ensure consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and revenue

milestones.

Oversee the complete customer lifecycle from initial inquiry to site visit, booking,

documentation, and final registration.

Manage walk-ins, digital inquiries, and leads from channel partners. Monitor and optimize

lead conversion metrics such as lead-to-visit and visit-to-booking ratios.

Personally handle key negotiations and closures for premium or bulk buyers, ensuring a

personalized and high-impact experience.
