Key Responsibilities
Maintain supply dashboards and publish Daily MIS reports.
Manage E-Way Bills, challans, stock segregation, and dispatch activities (Inward & Outward) for D2C platforms.
Handle stock management at SFV while ensuring accountability with the supply team.
Maintain proper documentation for all dispatches and warehouse transactions.
Ensure timely movement of goods as per dispatch plans shared by the supply team.
Generate shipping labels, invoices, and coordinate timely pickups.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in supply chain or dispatch operations, preferably with a D2C brand. Experience working on Shopify-based D2C platforms will be an added advantage.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Familiarity with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, ERP systems, and dashboards.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
Experience working with 3PL partners and ecommerce logistics.
Knowledge of inventory management practices.
