About Us
Were a global renewable energy company dedicated to empowering a cleaner future through solar and energy storage innovation .
With a strong international presence and advanced technology, were now expanding rapidly in Indias growing solar + ESS market and were looking for a Channel Sales Manager to help us build lasting partnerships and drive growth.
What Youll Do
- Build and grow distribution networks across India for solar inverters, battery storage, and hybrid systems.
- Identify, recruit, and manage local partners, EPCs, and system integrators .
- Deliver on sales targets and expand our market presence.
- Conduct market analysis and track competitor activities to shape strategy.
- Work closely with technical support and marketing teams to ensure partner success.
- Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions .
- Report on sales performance and provide market feedback to HQ.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or Business .
- 3+ years experience in channel/distribution sales in the solar or energy storage sector(Especially sales experience in string inverters).
- Proven track record in B2B sales & partner management .
- Strong understanding of Indias renewable energy ecosystem .
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi or regional languages a plus).
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for green energy .
