The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Node.js, React.js, Python, and MongoDB, with a proven track record of designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. This role requires hands-on development experience across both frontend and backend technologies, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain web applications.Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications.- Develop responsive and user-friendly frontend applications using React.js.- Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and business logic using Node.js and Python.- Design, develop, and optimize MongoDB databases, schemas, and queries.- Collaborate with Product Managers, QA engineers and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope and deliver high-quality software solutions.- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.- Troubleshoot, debug and resolve application issues across the technology stack.- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design and architecture discussions.- Ensure application security, performance, scalability, and reliability.- Support deployment activities and contribute to CI/CD processes.- Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices within the team.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.- 6+ years of experience in full stack software development.- Strong hands-on experience with :1.
