Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:
Tender Management:
 Identify and analyze tender opportunities across platforms like GEM and other government/private
portals.
 Manage the entire tender lifecycle, including research, bid preparation, submission, and follow-up.
Documentation and Compliance:
 Prepare, compile, and review tender documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
 Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and platform-specific requirements.
Coordination and Communication:
 Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and prepare tender documents.
 Liaise with government authorities, private clients, and other stakeholders to clarify specifications and
ensure smooth submission processes.
Bidding and Strategy Development:
 Develop competitive strategies for bidding on railways, government infrastructure projects, electricity
department tenders, and private projects.
 Conduct market research to identify trends and enhance success rates in tendering.
Post-Submission Activities:
 Track and monitor the status of submitted bids to ensure deadlines and project milestones are met.
 Participate in negotiations and ensure smooth contract finalization.
Qualifications and Skills:
 Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
 3-6 years of experience in tender management, particularly for government and private projects.
 Proficiency in handling GEM portal and familiarity with tendering regulations.
 Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 Proficiency in MS Office and tender management tools.
 Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
 Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
