Job Title: Sr. Admission Counselor

Location: KR Mangalam World School

About the Role

KR Mangalam School is seeking an experienced and dedicated Admission Counselor to manage the full cycle of student admissions and guide prospective parents/students through the schools academic offerings, admission policies, and enrollment process. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in school admissions and counseling with excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for prospective parents and students for admission inquiries.
• Provide detailed information regarding school programs, curriculum, fee structure, admission criteria, campus facilities, and policies.
• Facilitate campus tours and ensure a positive experience for parents and visitors.
• Manage and process admission applications, maintain accurate documentation, and oversee enrollment formalities.
• Follow up with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-ins to ensure inquiry-to-admission conversion.
• Maintain updated records in CRM/ERP, generate MIS reports, and submit weekly dashboards to management.
• Coordinate with academic departments, finance, administration, and marketing teams for seamless onboarding and orientation.
• Participate in admission campaigns, open houses, school fairs, and outreach activities to build brand visibility and strengthen admission pipelines.
• Handle parent queries professionally and maintain strong relationships throughout the admission lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with school policies, timelines, and admission protocols.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience working with school admission procedures & documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and reporting.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under timelines.
• Professional and calm approach while handling parent queries.
• Must have more than 2 years of experience in k12 Counselling.
