Strategic Leadership & Expansion (The Pilot) Expansion Architecture: Play a pivotal role in the roadmap to scaling, ensuring marketing infrastructure supports rapid headcount growth. Organizational Branding: Own the Monkyvision brand identity. Position us as a global powerhouse for Tier 2/3 talent, attracting both high-tier clients and top-tier recruits. Financial Stewardship: Set, track, and meet aggressive financial goals. You are responsible for the department’s P&L, ensuring high-margin growth and sustainable scaling. 2.
