We help companies understand the tax policies and tax laws of governments around the world to plan and comply accordingly. Our teams leverage transformative technologies to deliver strategy and execution, from tax and regulatory obligations to operations and workforce management, to reduce risk and drive sustainable value.

We have competencies in Business Tax Services, Global Compliance and Reporting, Global Law, Indirect Tax, International Tax and Transaction Services.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

• Strong understanding of transaction tax principles and structuring considerations across deal lifecycles. Ability to analyze transaction flows and evaluate tax implications for corporate restructuring and advisory matters. Proficient in applying tax research and technical analysis to support transaction-driven client engagements. Experience in preparing accurate tax documentation and technical inputs for advisory and structuring assignments. Capability to identify tax risks and support solutions aligned with relevant tax laws and regulatory requirements.
