Sales Trainee

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a career in sales and business development. You will gain hands-on exposure to the end-to-end sales cycle, including lead generation, client engagement, and deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and social platforms
  • Support client outreach and relationship management
  • Conduct basic market research on potential clients and trends
  • Maintain and update data in CRM systems
  • Follow up with leads and assist in sales activities

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • MBA / graduate degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of sales, business development, and customer engagement
  • Good persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Exposure to digital marketing, lead generation tools, or social selling
