Location: Kolkata

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Female Receptionist to manage front-office operations, travel bookings, office administration, and housekeeping activities. Hands-on experience in travel booking, travel management, and housekeeping management is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front-desk operations, visitor coordination, incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Handle end-to-end travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings, itineraries, cancellations, and rescheduling.
- Maintain travel records, booking details, and expense documentation.
- Supervise housekeeping activities and ensure office cleanliness and upkeep.
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, couriers, vendors, and office administration.
- Maintain administrative records and support Brand & Communication activities as required.
Requirements
- Graduate with at least 5 years of relevant experience in reception, front office, or administration.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience in travel booking, travel management, and housekeeping management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Professional, presentable, and approachable personality.
- Immediate to 15 days' notice period preferred.
