Role Overview:
We are looking for a Production Support Engineer with strong Python scripting and CI/CD pipeline experience to support mission-critical applications. The role involves incident management, troubleshooting production issues, automation using Python, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable application deployments.

Your future duties and responsibilities
• Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, performance issues, and application failures.
• Develop Python scripts for automation, monitoring, and operational tasks.
• Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines for build and deployment processes.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Work closely with DevOps, development, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
• Monitor applications and ensure system stability and uptime.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
• Strong Python scripting experience.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins / GitLab CI / similar).
• Experience in production support and incident management.
• Good understanding of Linux/Unix environments.
• Familiarity with Git and deployment pipelines.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Experience with monitoring tools and log analysis.
• Basic SQL/database troubleshooting knowledge.
