We are building the infrastructure powering the next generation of e-commerce delivery in India, enabling rapid fulfilment and seamless customer experiences. As an SDE-2, you will take ownership of high-impact projects, build scalable backend systems, optimise architectures, and develop technology solutions that solve complex business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Take complete ownership of projects from ideation to execution.
2. Design and deliver user-centric solutions that address core business challenges with seamless experiences.
3. Optimise existing architectures for performance, scalability, and functionality.
4. Write modular, scalable, and clean code following best practices.
5. Deploy and maintain project infrastructure, ensuring high availability and zero downtime.

1. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience; preferably from a Tier-1 institution.

2. 3–5 years of relevant software engineering experience.

3. Strong strategic communication and presentation skills.

4. Proven ability to solve real-world problems using first-principles thinking.

5. Proficiency in Java (Spring Boot), Python (Django), and Golang.

6. Hands-on experience with database design, RDBMS (PostgreSQL), and NoSQL databases.

7. Skilled in writing unit and integration test cases.

8. Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and related technologies.

9. Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS EC2, Cognito, API Gateway, and ECS.

10. Experience with pub-sub technologies such as SQS, Kafka, and RabbitMQ.

11. Knowledge of caching tools such as Redis and Hazelcast.

12. Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns, including microservices, CQRS, and domain-driven design.

13. Proficiency with GenAI tools and 'vibe coding', backed by strong software engineering fundamentals.

14. Mandatory exposure to artificial intelligence or AI engineering.

15. Exposure to DevOps practices and big data is a plus.
