Business Development Manager -4LPA- Health Insurance
Description
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our team in the health insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. This role requires a proactive approach to business development and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the health insurance sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of services.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of health insurance products and industry trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
