About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into business opportunities.2. Conduct market research, networking, and industry outreach to identify new business opportunities.
3. Build industry partnerships and stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
4. Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
5. Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
6. Foster long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
7. Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
8. Develop and implement sales plans to support business objectives.
9. Coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
10. Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
11. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

5. Excellent communication, networking, and relationship management skills.
6. Strong strategic thinking and execution capabilities.
7. Results-driven mindset with the ability to achieve business goals.
8. Ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with teams effectively.
9. Team handling experience is an added advantage.
