Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Overseas Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end sourcing, screening, selection, documentation, and mobilization of blue-collar workers for international opportunities in the Hospitality, Food & Beverage (F&B), Retail, and Warehouse sectors .

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment of blue-collar workers for Hospitality, F&B, Retail, and Warehouse roles.
  
• Source candidates through recruitment agencies, job portals, databases, references, and other channels.
  
• Screen and interview candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and job requirements .
  
• Conduct bulk hiring drives, interviews, and trade tests as required.
  
• Coordinate with overseas clients, recruitment agencies, and manpower suppliers.
  
• Manage candidate documentation, visa processing, medicals, GAMCA/equivalent, OEC , and other deployment formalities.
  
• Verify candidate documents, references, police clearances, and other required credentials.
  
• Conduct or coordinate Pre-Departure Orientation (PDOT) for selected candidates.
  
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Track candidate selection, documentation, visa, mobilization, and joining status.
  
• Maintain recruitment records, trackers, and reports.
  
• Ensure timely mobilization and work towards achieving recruitment and joining targets .
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in Overseas Recruitment / International Recruitment.
  
• Experience handling blue-collar recruitment for Hospitality, F&B, Retail, Warehouse, or similar sectors.
  
• Good understanding of international recruitment, visa processing, deployment, and mobilization workflows .
  
• Experience coordinating with overseas recruitment agencies, manpower suppliers, or sub-agencies.
  
• Knowledge of GAMCA medical, OEC, visa processing, immigration documentation , and overseas deployment procedures will be preferred.
  
• Understanding of ethical recruitment practices and international labour compliance.
  
• Experience in bulk hiring / volume recruitment will be an advantage.
  
• Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, follow-up, and candidate-management skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong cross-cultural communication and coordination abilities.
  
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage high-volume recruitment requirements.
  
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  
• Willingness to coordinate with international clients/agencies and work according to overseas time zones when required.
