Backend / Full Stack Development:- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs primarily using Node.js.- Contribute to building scalable and efficient applications.- Work with frontend teams where required to support full stack development needs.Code Quality & Collaboration:- Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code following best practices.- Participate in code reviews and collaborate with team members to improve code quality.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features on time.Problem Solving & Debugging:- Troubleshoot and debug application issues.- Optimize performance and improve reliability of backend systems.Security & Best Practices:- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms to ensure secure access to applications.- Follow security and development best practices across services.Required Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience in Node.js development.- Experience with any one Node.js framework Fastify, Express, or NestJS.- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.- Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms.- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Skills:- Express, Node.Js, SQL Database, Nosql, Nestjs, Microservices, Authorization, Typescript, Authentication, Javascript, MongoDB, React.Js (ref:hirist.tech)
