About the job

We are seeking a candidate with strong knowledge of data privacy, expertise in DPDPA implementation, and technical execution skills, particularly within the fintech and payments sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implement and support DPDPA-compliant data privacy frameworks within the organization
2. Assist in designing and maintaining the full privacy compliance lifecycle, including consent management, data subject rights, and breach response processes
3. Work on privacy and security guardrails to ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance across systems
4. Collaborate with product, engineering, compliance, and security teams to ensure privacy-by-design implementation in fintech/payment workflows
5. Support creation and maintenance of ROPA (Record of Processing Activities) and related documentation
6. Contribute to vendor assessment and third-party risk management from a data privacy perspective
7. Assist in building dashboards, workflows, and automation tools for monitoring privacy compliance
8. Participate in technical discussions and support DPDPA readiness and implementation initiatives across platforms

3. Familiarity with privacy and security guardrails

4. Awareness of consent management, notification processes, data subject rights, breach response, vendor management, and ROPA

5. Basic knowledge of tools, automation, dashboards, workflows, and privacy technology implementation

6. Ability to participate in technical discussions related to DPDPA readiness

7. Experience in the fintech or payments sector is a plus

8. Ability to collaborate effectively with business, compliance, security, and technology teams

Preferred Candidate Profile:

1. A professional with both privacy expertise and technical implementation capability

2. Ability to support end-to-end DPDPA deployment in a fintech environment
