About the job
Key responsibilities:
1. Conduct financial modelling, forecasting, and business analysis.2. Support capital budgeting and investment appraisal activities.
3. Perform company valuations using DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction methodologies.
4. Analyze financial performance, cash flows, and profitability metrics.
5. Support mergers, acquisitions, fundraising, and strategic finance initiatives.
6. Prepare management reports, presentations, and board materials.
7. Assist with due diligence and transaction-related activities.
8. Monitor market trends and industry developments.

6. Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
7. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
8. Freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
9. Experience with M&A, corporate strategy, treasury, transaction advisory, capital structure, fundraising, and financial planning is advantageous.
10. Qualifications such as CA, CFA, ACCA, CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent are advantageous.
