Lead Developer - SailPoint IQ

Role Overview :We are looking for a skilled SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Developer with 5 - 10 years of experience in IAM to support the development, automation, and integration of identity governance solutions.Key Responsibilities :- Develop and customize SailPoint IIQ components (workflows, rules, connectors, certifications, provisioning).- Configure JML lifecycle, RBAC, and access request processes.- Automate provisioning and integrations using Python/PowerShell and REST APIs.- Integrate IIQ with AD/Azure AD, HR systems, ServiceNow, and databases.- Support governance processes including SoD, access reviews, and audit compliance.- Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.Tech Stack:- SailPoint IIQ, Java, Beanshell, XML/JSON, REST APIs, Python, PowerShell, SQL, Git, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.Good to have:- Exposure to Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Terraform/Ansible, Docker/Kubernetes, SailPoint certification.Other Requirements:- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Work Details:- Location: Chennai or Gurugram.- Working model: Hybrid.- Cab facility: Available to most locations at commutable distances to their offices.
