About the job
We are looking for an experienced sales team lead - International website sales to lead and manage our international sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in website or digital services sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve business goals.2. Handle international clients and promote website development and digital services.
3. Generate new business opportunities through outbound sales and client engagement.
4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
5. Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and ensure target achievement.
