About the Role We are hiring for our client for the role of Salesforce Marketing Business Analyst (BSA) / Functional Owner . This position focuses on bridging the gap between Marketing/Sales stakeholders and technical teams, with a strong emphasis on optimizing the Lead-to-Opportunity (L2O) funnel . The ideal candidate will lead discovery, define requirements, and produce high-quality documentation to ensure seamless execution across internal teams and global partners. Key Details Location: Remote Work Mode: Work From Home Experience: 7+ years Budget: ₹1.6 LPM Duration: 6 months + extension Key Responsibilities Marketing-to-Sales Process Design (L2O) Define requirements for lead intake, scoring, and automated routing Document conversion logic from Leads to Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities Ensure accurate campaign attribution and ROI tracking Requirements Leadership & Documentation Lead discovery workshops and translate requirements into Epics and User Stories Create process maps (As-Is / To-Be) using Lucidchart Own Business Design Documents (BDDs) and ensure readiness for development Functional Support & Collaboration Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams Collaborate with Salesforce Architects to validate solutions Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and backlog refinement Testing & Adoption Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Create test scenarios, manage defect tracking, and ensure business sign-off
