Requirements:

• MBBS or equivalent medical degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Anaesthesia (MD/DNB in Anaesthesia).
  
• Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant state medical council.
  
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in anesthesia, preferably in a hospital or surgical center setting.
  
• Proficiency in advanced airway management, invasive monitoring, and emergency resuscitation techniques.
  
• Strong understanding of pharmacology, physiology, and anesthesia equipment operation.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
  
• Ability to work under pressure, make rapid clinical decisions, and maintain composure during emergencies.
  
• Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical medical standards.
