Accion Labs - Generative AI Developer - Python/LLM

Job Title : GenAI DeveloperWork from Office (5 days/week) | Timings : 11 : 30 AM 8 : 30 PMRole Overview : We are looking for a highly motivated GenAI Developer to design, build, and deploy generative AI solutions using modern language models and autonomous systems. The ideal candidate will have strong AI/ML fundamentals, hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs), cloud deployments, and enterprise integrations.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain Generative AI solutions leveraging LLMs and agent-based systems.- Develop AI/ML pipelines using Python and frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.- Work with a wide range of pre-trained foundation models and perform custom model training or fine-tuning when required.- Deploy and manage AI workloads across AWS, Azure, and GCP, with a primary focus on Azure AI Platform.- Implement and optimize prompt engineering, chain-of-thought reasoning, and multi-step inference workflows.- Build autonomous agents using frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar orchestration tools.- Integrate Generative AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as UiPath, Alteryx, and other automation/analytics tools.- Design, consume, and secure REST APIs for AI service integration.- Apply reinforcement learning (RL) and/or reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) techniques to improve model alignment and performance.- Collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and platform teams to deliver scalable, production-ready solutions.- Ensure best practices related to security, scalability, reliability, and responsible AI.Required Qualifications : - 3 to 5 years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 1 year of hands-on experience working with LLMs or autonomous systems.- Strong proficiency in Python programming.- Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.- Hands-on experience deploying and managing models on AWS, Azure, and GCP.- Strong experience with the Azure AI platform (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Cognitive Services).- Practical experience with modern language models such as GPT 4, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, or similar.- Solid understanding of prompt engineering, chain-of-thought reasoning, and LLM fine-tuning techniques.- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar tools.- Experience working with integration platforms such as UiPath, Alteryx, or equivalent enterprise tools.- Excellent understanding of RESTful APIs and service-based architectures.Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills : - Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model monitoring.- Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG-based architectures.- Exposure to model evaluation, guardrails, and responsible AI governance.- Experience building AI solutions in enterprise or regulated environments.
