ServiceNow Technical Lead/Solution Architect

Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to lead a team of developers and own the technical delivery of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, scripting, integrations, workflows, implementation, deployment, and production support, along with excellent client-facing and leadership skills.Key Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers.- Own technical delivery and provide guidance on ServiceNow solutions.- Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.- Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications.- Develop complex workflows and Flow Designer solutions.- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and production support.- Develop integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.- Manage Update Sets and deployment activities across environments.- Participate in ServiceNow upgrades, cloning, testing, and release activities.- Prepare technical documentation, estimates, and solution designs.- Participate in client discussions, blueprinting workshops, and requirement sessions.- Conduct knowledge-transfer and technical training sessions.- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.Mandatory Skills : - 7+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow experience.- Hands-on ServiceNow Development.- Strong JavaScript / Glide scripting.- Business Rules.- Client Scripts.- UI Policies.- UI Actions.- UI Scripts / UI Pages.- Script Includes.- ACLs.- Service Portal.- Service Catalog.- Workflow / Flow Designer.- REST & SOAP APIs.- IntegrationHub.- Update Sets and deployment.- ServiceNow upgrades and cloning.- Production support and troubleshooting.- Experience in at least one greenfield ServiceNow implementation.- Strong team leadership and client-facing communication skills.Certifications : - ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Mandatory.- At least one ServiceNow CIS / Mainline Implementer certification such as : 1.
