About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Patient welcome & front desk: Warmly greet clients upon arrival, manage the reception desk, and ensure the premium, aesthetic vibe of the clinic is maintained at all times.2. Appointment management: Coordinate client schedules, answer phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries, and manage the clinic's daily appointment calendar smoothly.
3. Clinic assistance: Act as a bridge between our expert practitioners and patients, ensuring treatment rooms are prepared and operations run seamlessly.
4. Records & billing: Maintain basic digital records of patients and manage daily billing/payment tracking accurately.
5. Client care & artistry support: Guide patients through their initial paperwork, explain basic clinical processes politely, and ensure they have a comfortable, luxury experience.
