Azure Data Engineer - Microsoft Fabric

Job Title : Data Engineer-Azure MS FabricLocation : Pan India / HybridExperience : 4 to 8 YearsMandatory Skills : Azure, Azure Databricks & MS FabricJob Summary : We are looking for a Data Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Azure data services and Databricks to build scalable data pipelines and enable analytics solutions. The role involves designing modern data platforms and supporting BI reporting using tools like Power BI or Tableau.Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Azure Databricks- Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using PySpark, SQL- Work with Azure data services such as Azure Data Factory, ADLS, Synapse- Develop data models and curated datasets for BI reporting- Enable dashboards and reporting using Power BI / Tableau- Ensure data quality, performance optimization, and governance standards- Collaborate with analytics, business, and engineering teamsRequired Skills : - Strong experience in Azure Databricks, PySpark, SQL- Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory, Data Lake, Synapse- Experience supporting Power BI or Tableau reporting environments- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling- Experience in performance tuning and pipeline optimization- Good problem-solving and stakeholder communication skillsPreferred Skills : - Experience with Delta Lake, Lakehouse architecture- Knowledge of Python and workflow orchestration- Exposure to cloud security and data governance- Experience in analytics or enterprise data platforms (ref:hirist.tech)
