Description :A Quality Engineer with expertise in Automation specializes in creating and maintaining automated testing solutions for IT systems and applications.They possess in-depth knowledge of various test automation tools and technologies, using them to build optimized test scenarios, develop automation for executing tests, and manage test data and environment related automation.This role requires understanding and integrating testing automation into overall delivery automation, aligning with contemporary trends like Agile, DevOps, and Containers.In summary, a Quality Engineer : Automation is a skilled professional who streamlines testing processes through automation, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery.Mandatory Skill :- 6+ years of experience in QA automation for distributed systems.- Strong expertise in functional end-to-end automation (API, service, and workflow-level testing).- Proficiency in at least one programming language : Python, Java, or React.- Hands-on experience.Key Responsibilities :- Design and execute scalable automation test scripts using Java and Selenium to reduce manual regression efforts and increase test coverage.- Conduct rigorous API testing to validate the integrity, security, and performance of backend services and data exchanges.- Perform complex SQL queries to verify data consistency and integrity across database layers during the testing lifecycle.- Execute performance testing to identify system limitations and ensure application responsiveness under high-load scenarios.
