About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in creating travel itineraries for clients, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.2. Design holiday packages that cater to the unique preferences and interests of our diverse clientele.
3. Communicate effectively with clients in both spoken and written English, as well as in Hindi and Telugu.
4. Use MS Excel to organize and manage travel bookings, expenses, and other logistical details.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote our travel packages and services.
6. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any client inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
7. Stay updated on the latest travel trends and destinations to offer the best recommendations to our clients.
