About the job
Key Responsibilities:
1. Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, freelancing platforms, networking, and other outreach channels.2. Research market trends, competitors, and potential clients to identify growth opportunities.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
4. Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions through effective communication.
5. Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales pitches to support business development activities.
6. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales pipeline activities in the CRM system.

Salary
Probation:
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 20,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,16,000 - 5,60,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed pay: ₹ 1,80,000 /year
2. Variable pay: ₹ 36,000 /year
