• Arranges vehicles to achieve 100% adherence to the daily dispatch plan; confirms vehicle availability before each dispatch window. • Conducts physical stock verification and reconciles against ERP book stock; reports variances immediately. • Monitors 5S standards in the storage facility; carries out daily checks and raises non-compliance immediately. • Tracks transporter compliance and on-time performance; reports underperformance to the senior executive. • Generates all required dispatch documents in SAP accurately for domestic and export shipments.
