• RPA Process Development
o Prepare solution design o Deliver RPA Process build o Deliver RPA Process change requests (minor to medium complex) o Carry out UAT, deployments and hypercare activities, RPA operations o Provide service support based on the team rotation plan o Ready for different shifts (mainly AP/EU) based on rotation plan within theteam • 5+ years of experience developing and supporting enterprise–level
applications with RPA tools using UiPath o Good knowledge of ticket handling using Service Now or similar tools o L1/L2 Support process knowledge o Use monitoring tools to drive improvements - Knowledge of power apps and GenAI is
desired o Build a knowledge base for projects • Technical Analysis and Assessments o Proactively collaborate with Technical Consultants and Business Analysts for
new automation opportunities initiatives o Communicate with Solution Architects to understand the technical implications
and provide assessment for automation efforts Person Specification • Degree in computer science, IT or relevant field; MSc/MBA in business is a
plus • Experience in performing operations and support for a wide range of business
users (areas such as office automation, finance, accounting etc.) Work Result: Delivery of RPA Processes
