ABOUT THE ROLE

Starling Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in an aged care facility. In this role, you will deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring dignity, respect, and wellbeing. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide the highest standards of care in line with professional and regulatory requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver person-centred care to aged care residents.
• Monitor and manage residents’ clinical needs.
• Administer medications and prescribed treatments.
• Lead and support care staff in daily duties.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulations.

MANDATORY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

• Current AHPRA registration.
• Demonstrated experience in aged care nursing.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

· Evidence of up-to-date vaccinations, including:

• - Measles, Mumps, Rubella
• - Hepatitis B
• - Varicella
• - Pertussis (within the last 10 years)
• Current criminal history clearance (general, aged care, or NDIS).
• Relevant training certifications for aged care.
• Proof of identity and right to work in Australia.
