About the Company:

ByteSize Socials is a content-led social media marketing agency focused on creating strategic, high-performing content that helps brands grow online.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit Reels, TikTok videos, and other short-form social media content.
2. Add colour grading, captions, sound design, transitions, and visual effects to videos.
3. Follow creative briefs and maintain consistency with brand styles and guidelines.
4. Manage revisions and ensure timely delivery of content.
5. Create engaging edits with strong pacing, hooks, and retention-focused storytelling.
6. Coordinate with the content and creative team for smooth project execution.

Adobe Premiere Pro Video Editing

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. have minimum 1 years of experience

2. can work from 4:30 am - 12:30 pm Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (Victoria))

Other requirements

Requirements:

1. Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro.

2. Knowledge of After Effects will be an added advantage.

3. Experience editing short-form social media content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.

4. Strong understanding of pacing, audience retention, and storytelling techniques.

5. Good eye for detail, colour grading, and creative editing.

6. Reliable communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

7. Experience editing for hospitality, lifestyle, or brand content preferred

8. Strong understanding of social media trends and platform-specific editing styles

9. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
