Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets in the assigned geographical region.
• Determine the market potential for the region, prioritize portfolio opportunities, and develop and execute the go-to-market plan.
• Drive optimal operating mechanisms to monitor and track the progress of opportunities in the pipeline and deliver on fulfilment targets.
• Develop and grow trusted relationships with senior clinicians and other Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in core areas.
• Establish MOUs and grow business engagement with key healthcare customers by understanding customer challenges and delivering solutions.
• Nurture relationships with professional society stakeholders within the geographical area.
• Plan and conduct regional and local marketing events, including roundtables and client-site functions, in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in Next Generation Sequencing and the standard of care in Prenatal and Paediatric Genetics.
• Be completely accountable for each sample/case, ensuring it progresses within prescribed timelines from order to reporting.
• Act as the primary customer point of contact in the region and ultimately be accountable for issue resolution for the assigned region.

Requirements:

• 0 to 5 years of experience in the Molecular Diagnostics Industry.
• Experience in and knowledge of Reproductive and Rare Disease is preferred but not mandatory.
• Good understanding of the genetic testing landscape.
• An academic degree in Science, particularly Biotechnology, is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in the local language is preferred.
